JiuJitsuCT.com is the home for Kobukai Ju-Jitsu (KJJ) and Best Way Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) school located in Cromwell, CT at the Japanese Karate and Jiu-Jitsu school located on Route 372 in Cromwell, CT.

We offer 2 distinct types of Jiu-Jitsu classes.  The first is Kobukai Ju-Jitsu, a Modern-Day Japanese Self Defense and Grappling Art that focuses on real world and modern day combat solutions.  You can read more about Kobukai Ju-Jitsu here.  The other class(s) we offer is Best Way Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu / American Top Team CT.  Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is primarily a ground fighting art made popular by the Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC) and is a self defense and sport grappling martial art.  You can read more about Best Way Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu here.

The head instructor of Kobukai Ju-Jitsu is KJJ Black Belt Matt Bryers, and the head instructor of the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes is BJJ Black Belt Rafael “Formiga” Barbosa.
