1-Hour Fat-Burning – Full-Body Workout Classes

Are you just beginning your fitness journey? Perhaps you’re a top athlete. Either way, JSA Fitness sessions are made for all fitness levels. You’ll switch between TRX Suspension Training, Kettlebells, Sandbags, Bodyweight Exercises, Sledge Hammers and more… We change up the workout, so you’ll never get bored and you won’t plateau.

Our Fitness Classes in Cromwell, CT are designed to for everyone – from those who are just getting started or elite performance athletes. We put technique and proper movement FIRST. As your fitness and skill level progresses we always keep your challenged and engaged. There’s never a boring workout at the JSA!

If weight loss is your goal, you can expect to lose 2-4 pounds of fat per week by attending three to five sessions per week with proper nutritional planning.

If performance is your goal, you can expect an increase in power, speed, and strength after your first two weeks of attending two to four sessions per week.

TRX Fusion Classes

TRX Fusion classes combine TRX Suspension Training, TRX Rip Training, Sandbag Training and other movements.  The classes are designed for your body to train in 3-D motion providing the ideal mix of strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability – all at once and across a wide range of resistance.

TRX Fusion Training draws on leading-edge research and best practices from the military, pro sports, and academic institutions coupled with our seasoned team’s experience.

TRX Fusion Training helps you become better at what you do, whatever you do, and keeps training fun so it feels like recess instead of a chore.

TRX Exercises

What exercises do you perform?

TRX Suspension Training – uses a collection of unique bodyweight exercises that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

TRX Rip Training – Rip Training utilizes a lever bar and resistance cord to provide a unique mix of rotation, core stability, control, power, strength, mobility, metabolic conditioning, balance and coordination challenges.  Rip Training provides a simple, effective method to integrate rotational movements into training with the ability to layer on complexity to suit your goals. Rip Training is also an effective solution for developing and challenging mobility and stability throughout the body.

DVRT Sandbag Training – Sandbag training is a using the Dynamic Variable Resistance Training (DVRT™) is the innovative and dynamic training system that revolutionizes fitness training.  Sandbag training is a fun, effective and functional fitness workout that allows you to perform an endless variety of exercises safely and functionally.

Who Teaches the TRX Classes?

TRX Certified and DVRT Certified Trainer: Robin Holcomb teaches the TRX Fusion Classes. Robin is a living example of the results of the TRX Fusion Training. She is strong, beautiful and extremely fit.

Her passion to help you improve your strength, balance, stamina and overall health is incredible. She is an excellent motivator and gives her students the personalized attention they need to improve and get results.
