What is the Fundamentals of Strength Course?

In our unique strength program you’ll work one -on- one with one of our certified strength coaches.  We’ll work with you to teach you how to train, lift properly and start getting results.

Our goal is to get you strong and ready to take on anything.  We focus on building you up so that you’re always making improvements and continue to develop real-functional strength.

Who is this program for?

This program is designed for anyone who is looking for a change from the normal gym routine, or just starting out.

It DOES NOT MATTER if you have no experience.  That’s what we’re here for; our job is to train you and teach you.

We have clients as young as 14 to over 60 years old.  Everyone gets a great workout that is focused on improving their strength and overall movement.

What’s included?

We will provide you with:

  • Dedicated Strength Coach – work one on one with one of our coaches
  • Custom Workout Program designed to get you stronger and moving properly
  • Warm-up and Cool-down – essential for not getting hurt and training the right way.
  • Mobility training – mobility is so important!  If you can’t move properly and train the wrong way… you will get hurt.  We focus on strength-in-movement.
  • Q&A – Pick our brain!  Let us help you!  If you have questions about your workouts, your limitations, etc – let us know!
  • Weight & Measurements (if you want) – We can also do all your weight and body measurements.  This is one of the ways that allow us to see if you’re making progress!

Not only will you receive an incredible workout, you’ll also get to do fun and challenging exercises that make training fun! These include:

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

We don’t care if you’ve never lifted a weight before or are a seasoned athlete. Our staff has experience working with people who have never trained to Elite Athletes (MMA, Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Football, Basketball, and Soccer Athletes).

Just come in ready to train and we’ll take care of the rest!
